Lord, give us grace
to hold to thee
when all is weariness and fear
and sin abounds within, without
when that which I would do I cannot do
and that I do I would not do,
when love itself is tested by the doubt
that love is false, or dead within the soul,
when every act brings new confusion, new distress,
new opportunities, new misunderstandings,
and every thought new accusation.
Lord, give us grace
that we may know that in the darkness pressing round
it is the mist of sin that hides thy face,
that thou art there
and thou dost know we love thee still…

Whoever rises from prayer a better person, their prayer has been answered (George M.) I am praying for God's wisdom for us as individuals and for us as a community. I am trusting in HIS wisdom.
just signed up for prayer time and it encourages my heart to have few choices because so many people already signed up to pray - I love this community!!
